Change of login Image

Can anybody know about how to change login image,i.e Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta Versio 3.0 and below some MBS logo.if anyone knows please do reply.And one more thing is I have changed Mainmenu logo but I want to effect the same logo in my colleague systems,Is it possible to do from my system? finally how to give welcome message whenever user login not through Congiguration utility.

    hi

    if u want to change login image. u must have any software to edit resource file "AX32.exe". and change bmp file number 7511.

    pls. resource edit software such as vs.net.
