Probably you have somewhere a permission "Form 0". This means that the role has permission to ALL forms.

    Dear Chrispaul,

If you want to block the access of a particular form then u need to define all the forms accessible in the roles and permission. Normally the all form usage role is defined in "ALL".

    Hi There,

The standard default role setup that comes out of the box gives permissions to all forms in the All user role (Form 0). You will have to remove this from the all user role and direct the forms that need to be used for each of the other roles (you will essencially be overhauling the standard roles in order to do this). In the case of the role you are trying to create, omit the form you do not want to give access to.

There are some objects called "User Rights" that allow you to use the client monitor to "record" roles and it works quite nicely. I am not sure where to find those objects but you can do a search for them.
