Hello,
I heard that you can create a Microsoft Visio diagram of your business processes and create a hyperlink to an Axapta menu item. Is this true? If so, what is the format of the hyperlink?
Moreover, I was told that you can do this with any graphic and hot spots. If anyone has any insight on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,
I do not know if it is possible to make a hyperlink to an Axapta menu. However I do know we are working on an integration between Axapta and Viso.
We developed our PSA module in Axapta enabling Axapta to:
- Contract & billing of services.
- Installed base.
- Support & helpdesk.
- Work Flow Management.
- Microsoft Project integration.
- Time and expense registration.
Currently the workflow module is not graphical but the next version of PSA (Professional Service automation) will contain integration with Viso using active X components to use Viso in Axapta. This enables the user to define a business process in Viso and use it graphical in our Axapta work flow.
