Hi!
Does anyone know why, the pivot table on XL shows different figures than those which are in the analysis by dimension ?
Thanks

there is a known issue with analysis entry skipping entries. Try to rebuild the analysis views.0

Thanks Rashed, but do you know if there is an add on to solve this problem?

The workaround is to rebuild the analysis view table.
To do this, change a setting in analysis view card, Navision will ask you that it will reset the entries. Click Yes.
After the process is done, change the value back to the original setting and run calcuate. This will rebuild analysis view table
Afterwards make sure you optemize analysis entry table. By going to file->dabase->information->table
Filter on Analysis View Entry 365 and click on optemize.0 -

Thank you Rashed, I've done what you advised but it still doesn't work! Figures are still different in XL, even on Cronus. The first line is always on 0 and all the total lines are different. May be I have to set up something in the XL sheet?

Can you verify which has the correct value? Analysis view or pivot table?0

How do you create the pivot table? Do you refresh the datasource?0

Actually, I realised that the amount in XL is wrong because it takes into account only one analysis view entry line from Navision instead of taking all analysis view entry lines for one account. Do you see what I mean?
