Extra Granule for Analyses by Dimensions

Hi,

Does anybody knows whether Analyses and Reports by Dimensions need
an extra license?

We use Dimensions but seem unable to run any of the reports in object designer.

The Analyses by Dimensions is on our Menu in General Ledger Menu but it always comes up with the error message

"

You do not have permission to run the "Analysis by Dimension" Form
Contact the system manager if you need to have your permission changed."

As I have superuser rights this message doesn't make sense to me.
