Displaying bitmap icon in caption bar of the form

HI all,
I wud like to know whether it is possible to display a custom bitmap icon in place of the default control menu icon which is displayed at the left end corner of the caption bar of the form.
I think this should be possible but i am not sure how.
I want an icon to be displayed on the caption bar of each new form that i add to Navision database just to reveal identity. Something similar to the icon seen in the caption bar of Object Designer window.
If anyone knows, pls let me know ASAP.
