Problems while starting NAS

When we start a NAS it works until it gets to a Validate, then it gives next error:
Your program license does not permit use of the datatype action.
We tried with our partnerlicense, with almost everything enabled, still the same error.
Anybody ever had this before??
Please help, we're getting desperate

Have you tried to run the NAS with Debugger turned on? Can you post the source code of this error?0
