Ctrl F10

We have encountered a problem in creating a service order
when pressing CTRL F10 and enter (option yes is focussed), the system does not create a service order BUT opens de menu bar of the confirm window.
Ctrl F10 is apparently the winserv2003 shortcut for focussing the menubar.
Is there a possibility to deactivate this schortcut key?
thx

Ctrl F10 is the same as just F10 and it is used to focus on the tool bar. Is your navision customized with such F10 functionality?
I do not think it is a standart Navision which creates a new service order with F10. :-k Ususally to create a new document you have to press F3
If it is custom, just create a different shortcut.Best Regards,

Ooooops, my bad 8-[
Yes indeed you will get a Servie order opened when pressing Cntrl + F10 + Enter.
It works for me but i was pressing them all in sequence. And I had focus set on the item of the menu I wanted to open.
I thonk it does the same as the mouse click on the active control of the menu.Best Regards,
