C/AL code editor not available

Hi All,
I am able to view and modify forms in designer mode but no matter what object I select in a form (command button for instance) the C/AL Code editor is not available (F9). I am able to access the editor in reports. It looks like we do have the Form Designer license. Any Ideas? Is this a security issue? How would I know for sure?

    You are missing either the Application Builder or Solution Developer granules, or both -- I can't remember. In any event, these are granules 7200 and 7300. Unfortunately, they are also fairly expensive.

    I think, you can get these granules (App. builder and Solution developer) after you pass education course and examination on local Navision Teritory Reseller (NTR). You need to be member of NSC.

    Without these two granules you can only modify design of objects - forms, reports and dataports.
