Restriction cache database saver NAV4SP2

Hi,
Has Navision 4SP2 (native) server a restriction to the cache which could be allocated?
e.g. NT server with internal memory of 3GB.
Is it possible to allocate more that 1GB for the Navision server or is the cache restrichted till for example 1GB.

Max 1GB but in general only about 800MB is usable.Regards,Alain Krikilion

Why do you want to use more than 1gig of memory? Are there any issues regarding to performance?0
