Business Notification Manager Installer Problem

Hi all,

I am installing Business notification manager. while installing, on entring user profile, I am getting error 'The installer does not recognize the user profile. Check the user profile'.
when I am using domain\ravi.p.goyal it gives that error, but when i am using domail\abcd it doesn't gives error. I think there is some problem with dot in the user name. How can i resolve this?

    Create a domain account for BN with no periods or special characters in it. BN seem to choke on these.

    Is it a problem in notification installer or it depends on Operating system?
    I am using Windows Xp Professional.

    For installation of BN
    u must have SQL server. and u can not install SQL server on XP
    SO for BN u must have WIn 2002 or win 2003 server
    for ore info Check the document present in Navision CD.
