Doument Management Solution

We are looking for a doument management solution for our Navision 4.0 system. Has anyone implemented a document management solution with Navision? Can anyone recommend a company they have used to do this that has worked out for you? The only solution I am finding is ImageNow but I want to see if there is any other options to pursue.

The Navision CRM has a simple document management solution in that you can store and call up files and open them directly.

The systems refered to is all something outside the Navision platform - yet another subsystem. I don't know of any DAM build into Navision. I have 20+ years experiens with Document Managment for the graphical industry and I have been working with Navision for the last 2 years.
If you need a more "down to earth" approach and would like to have it based on Navision solely - I would be happy to discuss this and maybe do some work on such a solution - if you are interested. Contact me at kim@birkeholdt.com if you want to talk about the possibilities.

Hello!

We have several customers who use Matriks to great success. We have also integrated Navision with the INVU document management system for other customers who required something more advanced and accessible from outside Navision.

Both work very well \:D/
