I had some similar problem in 3.60 (actually, in 3.60 it wasn't a problem) so I added new post there.
This was probably better place for that post so I'm adding a link here.
Sorry for double posting

Any help is appreciated. Thx.

You need tot make a new item in the menu that points to your new form.

If I understand you kriki correctly, I make a new form that suites my needs and then I add new item ("link") in the menu?

So, basically, that thing with Form ID doesn't work any more?

    It works differently:
Now if you start the form, this checks which template(s) it uses. If more than 1 template is found, then it shows another form to select a template.

I thought that it should work like in v. 3.60:
If I have several lines in General Journal Templates form with Type = General and every line has it's own Form ID number then I thought that when I click General Journal from menu then the Navision will open the list (form 250) from witch I can choose witch template I want to use and then open the appropriate form (specified in form ID field of that template).

Maybe I've got wrong perception of this functionality.

Wright now, that list (form 250) shows templates witch has Type=General AND Form ID = 39!!!

So there is no use of setting Form ID (from my point of view).
If I set different Form ID then I don't have that template on first list (form 250) even if that template has Type = General.
    Isn't that wrong?
