Internal error 1 and 2 in modul 5

Hello,
i use the german navision financials on Windows NT 4 SP5 on Server and the client´s use windows 95/98.
So i want to print a report on a hp4si with duplex. But every time when i want to print with duplex-mode i get a error message as subject.
After i click (ok) i get only a print in single-mode.
Can anybody help me?

great for those who programmed navision. What does it mean for me? How do i get the print in duplex ?

now when i go first to the print view and then i print in duplex-mode it works. No error and a good result. But this can´t be the solution.

An error occured when printing one particular report from two of workstations. Workstation configurations are as follows:
1) Windows 98, HP 4000 printer, NF W1 2.01.A client
2) Windows 98, Xerox p8ex printer, NF W1 2.01.A client running on Windows 2000 Server in terminal mode
As you can see, the only similarity with these two workstations is OS = Windows 98. The most strangiest thing is that I can run this report several times with the same parameters and sometimes it crashes but sometimes prints OK. Also I can Preview without problems, error occurs only when printing to printer.
Any ideas ? Will upgrade to NF W1 2.01.B help ?
(I am considering upgrade to 2.60 but this will need time).
