REPORT.RUN with 2 record variables

Hi,
I have a report that uses 2 tables. When this report is ran, I want to default the filters for them.
The question is, I want to use the REPORT.RUN function to run the report and pass the filters to the report. However, this function will only allow you to pass the filters set on one table, and I cannot pass on the filters from the 2nd table.
We don't want to pass the filter variables to the report beforehand because the main purpose is to allow the user to be able to see the filters the report is setting before the report is ran.

Hello DeadLizard
The way you can do this is to create a variable for the report and call it this waymycustomer.SETRANGE("No.",'10000'); myitem.SETRANGE("No.",'1000'); myreport.SETTABLEVIEW(mycustomer); myreport.SETTABLEVIEW(myitem); myreport.RUNMODAL
myreport has two dataitems for Item and customer table.
Mycustomer is customer table, myitem is item table.
Myreport is the variable for the report.0 -
Brilliant!
I didn't know you can use the SETTABLEVIEW twice on the same report.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
