Navision 3.10
Once again I need to print out labels of our customer list in Navision. There are some customers we don't want.
Is there a way to show only the customers who have done business with us in 2005 and 2006?!
So far I have close to 1000 customers who aren't blocked or major accounts. If I can take only customers we dealt with in 2005-2006 I think this number will drop to like 500-600 and then I can print labels and mail out catalogs.

depending on how you are making your labels, there are few ways to do this.
One easy way would be to go to the customer card.
and set flow filter (shift + F7)
Date filter > 1/1/05
Sales ($) >0
once you set this filter on the customer card, hit the F5 list
and your list will be the customers you want. cut and paste into excel and make your labels from that.0 -
Wow! Awesome! Saves me a lot of work. It only cut out about 100 customers, but still saves me a lot of work. Thanks!
What's nice is I can do people who have had no sales with us in the past few years and block them.0
