Report hotfix with X64 operating system

Hi all
I have a problem, I'm currently using the Nav sp2 and installed the report fix for that 2cm right margin cutoff and it works fine in 2003 os servers and the problem now is I installed it in x64 os servers and i can't access navision .
It just closes. Can anyone please help.
