Axapata Certification

Hi,
Can anyone help me in finding the certification information for axapta on microsoft website. Can't i take a certification exam just any other microsoft exam(like the MCP on .Net)

Thanx much for the info. I am new in my company and working in axapta since 3 months. i know that we are customers for axapta. Can you tell me what info should i need from the company to register myself under customer source.
