Does anybody have idea of Entry No in Cust. Ledger Entry table . To my knowlege all the entry no are serial no like 233333, but recently I find in my system some of the entry no are like 4/8/2180, looking like date. Once the entry no is not correct, the balance is not correct. How does it come like date? Thanks in advance!

Did you import data directly into this table?
Perhaps you didn't have it mapped correctly.
Your should always input your data into a journal first and have Navision validate the fields.

Are you sure you're looking at the right field?

I'll guess we will just have to wait for the respone first. :-k

I agree what deadlizard said.
In Navision, all the Entry No. fields are Integer data type. It is not possible.
During import data to Navison, i'm sure system will given error if import non-integer data to Entry No.
Thank you,
