Problem with Filter on a Report

Hello...
A strange thing (as always) is happening...
On a report,at run time,a lookup filter that is set from the property "ReqFilterField" does not take the given from user value.Specifically, is a filter for "Post Codes"(Pay-to Post Code)...
Does anyone know what to do..?
