Hey everyone,
Before we upgraded to 4.0 SP1, my company occasionally sent out mass mailers to groups of people with an attachment that would merge into the body of an outlook email.
This is a basic process, but suddently it doesn't work. I think it's because of the upgrade to SP1. Can anyone confirm or give advice?

No, all logged segments appears in interaction log against the contact in 4.0. You can try it out on a vanilla Navision 4.0 database.
