Navision via Citrix - Communication Error

RobbieXRobbieX Member Posts: 66
We are using Navision 4, with 15 local users and 10 users logged in via Citrix.
We have just started using Citrix and keep experiencing the following connection error when the server fails, and then we have to delete the Navision database server program, restart the server, and then reinstall the Navision database server program.
It looks like the error is related to error messages from remote computers and the dbm.dll driver file, but I do not know how to resolve this problem. Can anyone help me please?

    Never seen something like that.

Hope you don't have your database server as citrix server.

  • Pls Check your Client End Terminal Licences, And also Check your Terminal Server Manager Licenses.
The Basic problem is with Citrix , it works on T-Cal Licences., If you dont have such licences or your Temporary Licences Expires. This problem will start.

    Thanks & Best Regards
