Subcontracting submenus in Axapta 3.0

Hi all,

We have installed Axapta 3.0 in our systems followed by Service pack SP5. In Production Menu, Subcontracting submenus are not seen anywhere.

We have tried reinstalling Axapta 3.0 in our systems but were not successful.

Kindly reply me with a solution.

    Dear Madhu

    As such base Axapta 3.0 doesnt have Subcontracting Module, so you will not find any sub contracting menus in the production menu.

    In case you are using Sub contracting add on
    You can find Subcontracting folder in each of the following folders in production module
    Journals
    Inquiries
    Reports
    Periodic
    Set up

    Apart from this in the vendor master you will find a sub contracting tab and in the Inquiry buttton you will find a new option
    Inventory at vendor

    Hi Johnson,

    Thank you very much. Firstly, let me tell you - I am new to Axapta. I have experience working on Navision.

    I have seen a Subcontracting presentation of Microsoft in which all these submenus were seen as screenshots. Hence, I was wondering why this is not seen in our installation. And there is no indication of add-on anywhere in the presentation.

    While thanking you on this I request you to inform the vendor name of add-on solution in India. However, I will be looking into add-on solutions catalog.

    Subcontracting and Export-Import modlues of Indian Localizations are under development stage. Hence these are not available in SP5_India.exe.

    These modules are also not available in AX 4.0 as of now.
