MAPI is not installed

I have a win2000 server with service pack 3 in a Terminal Server Mode.
When I try to use mail to send a report, windows show this message:

MAPI is not installed.


Please help me.

Note: In NT 4.0 this message not appears.

    I think you have not registered MAPI OCX control library. Try to locate file called MSMAPIxx.ocx (or similar, i do not know its name exactly :-)) and use REGSVR function to register it in Windows registry. This should help.
