How can you export market research results to excel ?

Hi all 
I'm a french student actually working since one week ago on Navision, during a training period.
And I have to define the usage protocol of this software to make and exploit a "market research".
My "market research is based on account profiles with its
So I would like to know how I can export the questionary results into Excel as I could make statistics.
If you have any other suggestions, you're welcomed as a real newbie in this world

You can use the excelbuffer table to export to excel, there is a download for this in the section on this site.
You can also copy/paste from list-tables to excel.0 -
You can use form "Mapping"...but there is a problem with dates...0

Sorry if my questions seem "newbies" cause I didn't have any "real" formation, I just make it on my own, reading documentation, testing, searching on the web etc ...
I have some new questions :
How can I send the results of each Questions/Answers of my contacts, that is to say filtered with my salesman ID.
The most important in fact is to get the Q/A t o Excel as I could make statistics 8)
My other question is : what is Mapping :?:
If you have any other sugggestions, I'll be happy to listen to them
PS : I'm actually on the test database, so I probably don't have all functions0 -
I've seen that Crystal Reports can be connected to Navision :!:
Is this can be a solution to my problem, do you have a tutorial about that :?:0
