Enterprise portal setup in Ax. 4.0

Hi,

I am trying to create a new web site by using share point services.After selecting the "Microsoft Dynamics EnterprisePortal" as the template and click OK, i get the following error.

The website "URL Name" was not created correctly.exception: No . Net business Connector session could be found.

I have set app pool's identity to the proxy user.I have also started ASP.NET 2.0 for IIS.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

My test users get a startup message when they load up the test version of axapta. I do this by in the Axapta Config Utility putting a message in the "Startup Message" box.

It works for me as users connect to my aos via 1 shortcut to 1 config.

Did you register the Business Connector from the Axapta Configuration Utility (Bus.Conn tab)?

If you have and you still get the same error, try stopping the service (from the conf. utility you can do this too) and try again. It sometimes helps.

Also, there is supposed to be a test in axapta to test the Business Connector Connection. Have you performed this test?
