Data Director licensing

Hello all.

I'm trying to understand all pros and contras of using Ladnsteinar's Data Director.
Primary question is following: is number of distributed locations in Data Director a subject of licensing or it isn't?

I guess that answer is "yes", but it would be great to hear response from an experienced person.

    No the number of distribution location is not subject to licensing. It's number of data director that you can run on same machine. Normally you just need one in HQ.

    I've read in one document about Data Director that number of subnets is limited by license also, is it true?
