As I can use the function changecompany in form 342 to be able to see in company A what already he was invoiced sent and he exists in stock in company B

  No that form is used only for the current company. You could possibly expand it with information about what is in stock in other companies, but that would be custom development.

  I have two companies in company B I I have the stock of the material and in company A I have the customers and the remaining things and needed ke in company A obtained to see the stock of company B in form 342 Check Availability

  You'll need to declare a Item variable and changecompany function it to Company B. Then display the item variable on your form.
