Business Notification.

Hi,

I am fcaing some problem in the business notification.
I have installed BN and when ever I am checking the box in the setup of business notification it is saying that you have to install business notification but already I have installed it.

Secong thing is that Whenever I start Business Notification Manager and tru connect the server It is not connecting,I have checked that server Is running and the server which i am giving to connect is the same server which i have given at the time of installation.

Can any one plz help me out.

    Hi,
    i had the same problems.
    Here is my solution:
    - stop both services
    NS$BusinessNotificationInstance
    Notification Service Deployment Manager
    - open regedit and the go under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\BusinessSolutions\BusinessNotification
    - change the key NAS Parameters from:
    servername=MYSERVERNAME
    to:
    servername=MYSERVERNAME,nettype=TCP
    - restart service NS$BusinessNotificationInstance

    Then all should run without errors from Business Notification or MessageBusAgent (look in the EventViewer).
    If you now check the box Send Notifications in Navision Notification Setup the error message should not appear anymore.
