Standard LS Retail Manual has info on how to create manuals. Your NSC or LSretail should give you the pdf documents.0

I think you should contact Landsteinar Strengur about such issues, it's a complicated solution and it's much better to ask them than trying to figure it out.
In the version I used (3.7), there was no special functionality for tracking issued coupons. Our client used fixed amount coupons, so we just set it up as a Tender Type. For discount coupons, I think the best you can do without modifing LS is to give a discount manually.
You might try to play around with Infocodes. Maybe giving out and taking back a coupon with a unique identifier number could be modelled with an Infocode keying (or scanning) in the identifier in a free text - type Infocode field. I don't know if it's possible by standard to tie discounts to Infocodes. And then running a custom report for it see which is given out, which is taken back. Maybe.0 -
LS Retail 4 SP1 has coupons implemented I believe because there is such table as "Trans. Coupon Entry" there is also a command called COUPON that you can assign to a button on POS. Basically you assing barcodes to coupons and yes there is a tender type Coupon.
Here is the quote for coupons.3.7.15 Coupons
Coupons represent a tender type used for endorsing coupons in LS Retail.
When you set up coupons you must:
• Set up a coupon store tender type
• Assign coupon barcodes to the relevant items
To Set Up Coupons:
1. Click LS Retail – BackOffice, Setup, Store Card. Browse to the relevant store. Click Store, Tender Types.
2. Press F3 to insert a new tender type.
3. Select the general tender type representing coupons in the Code field. The system will insert default settings for the tender type.0 -
OK, then it seems it's been added. Man, if the would add loyalty programs as well LS would rock
