Pitfalls of schemaXT

I'm thinking of running the schemaXT utility to extend my Active Directory and get rid of the annoying warnings in my event log. Navision is functioning fine for my application, so I want to proceed very carefully since the purpose of extending the schema is secondary.
I've been unable to locate any source documentation for troubleshooting any problems that may arise from extending the schema. Anyone have any horror stories, or problems that have occured after extending the schema?
thanks!

I guess since nobody has written anything, that means a no. I haven't heard any problem either. So it could be that not a lot of people do it or that there are not problems.0

I wasn't successful with the schemaXT. It is why I never used it and had no time to solve the problem. It was unnecessary.0
