Navision 3.60 upgrade

Hi
I want to upgrade a 3.60 database to 4.0 SP2.
I must first upgrade it to 4.0 and then to SP2 or is it possible directly?
Can you please tell me what steps should I follow to to this by the book?

    You should download the upgrade pack for your country. In it you will find the objects and a document explaining what you have to do.
    It is possible that you first have to upgrade to 3.7 and from there to 4.0SP2. (At least for the Italian DB it is like that)

    where did you find an upgrade toolkit for your country? I have the W1 Upgrade ToolKit and on partner source cannot find anything country specific.

    On the download page where you get the product cd's you can also download the upgrade toolkit for each localization.
