Upgrade from 4.0 to SP2

Hi everybody
In our company we have NAV 4.00 without SP1 and want to upgrade to SP2.Problem:we have a lot of self-written code in our database, so what is better:-taking the cronus db from SP2 and integrate our code? or
-taking our db and integrate the new code?

Is there any tool avaiable to compare code, outherwise this work would cost a few weeks....

    It doesn't really matter which way you go. Because either way you'll merge the same number of objects.
    If you search mibuso you'll find merging tools.

    BEst is to filter in the SP2 database all objects marked with *.01 or *.02

    These are the SP1 and SP2 objects.

    If you make a fob of these object you can import them in your database.

    Then you get the Import Worksheet. In this sheet you can see what objects in SP1 and 2 are modified in your database.

    You can filter these objects and copy/paste in excel.

    You now have a list with all objects you need to merge.

    Then you export txt files of these objects and compare them with beyond compare.
