Expert, I did some reserch on the crash of the system and I'm at a loss. My probelm is when we print the packing slip while leaving the other form open, the system kicks us off. It happens every day. But when we have one sales order form open, it will be fine. What's wrong with Navision? Any setting with our system? Thanks in advance!

what do you mean the "other fom" did you mean order form?
Have you had an modifications done to this?
the first and easiest step would be to make sure you have the most updated print driver & reinstall it.0 -
