SAVE AND MAIL A NAVISION REPORT AS A .pdf

Hi All,
I have a HR report that I would like to save as pdf and the same time email it to all Management Staff as an attachment.

Any one with an Idea or an Example how this can be done at a go. I have tried HTML but the report appears distorted.

Have you searched the forum. There are a lot of discussions about this. Basically install a pdf printer and print to that printer, which will create the pdf.

If you don't want to buy the Adobe PDF product, you can also print to the Microsoft Document Image Writer. Any computer using Windows XP as the OS will be able to open the document.

If you're interested, we created an add-on to streamline this. With our product installed, it's about 10 lines of code to generate a Navision report as a PDF and email it.
