Axapta - Purchase order and Sales order problems

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this..

Whenever i try to post a PO or a SO i get the following error:


For PO:

Quantity 1,00 cannot be received, as inventory transactions with status 'Registered' are insufficient.


For SO:

A quantity cannot be picked.
Insufficient inventory transactions with status 'Picked'


What am i doing wrong?

    Hi,

    I am not a functional consultant. But it looks like you must have switched on registration and picking requirements (under Stock management -> Setup -> Stock -> Stock model groups)

    Hi,

    Please check under Inventory management -> Setup -> Stock -> Stock model groups and switch off registration and picking requirements if you don't need them.

    Hi Alveus,

    The reason for this error is due to posting of excess quantites of material than the registered quantites.

    To overcome from this you need to re-register the quantites via PO > Inventory > Registration & check the Auto-registration & post it.

    Now you try to post the PO.
