Hi'
When I am running configurator at the time of updating datamart it throws an error "Packaged failed because "DTSStep_DTS task_DTSdata pumptask_1 failed"

As each time, when there is some problem, look into log files. There are log files in folder witht he configurator. For more detailed info, you can enable logging on Analysis service through SQL AS manager.0
