Quantity Shipped Not Updated

Does anyone some experience about this?
I posted an order (only ship). Navision created the shipment but didn't update the quantity shipped and outstanding quantity on the order.

    Did you ship some quantity? In case you put "Qty To Ship"=0 on a line, you will find the line in posted shipments with quantity=0. And of course Remaining quantity will not have changed for that line.

    Is it possible that it is some customization issue?

    In fact there is a bad customization. There is a COMMIT instruction in a procedure called.
