Process Manufacuring in Navision

I'm sorry Kriki, I had earlier posted this in the wrong forum hence I have decided to post it again.

We have Navision 4,0 installed in an Oil Refining Company. Currently they are using the Financials and Business Functionality in Navision. However we now want to tackle the manufacturing side. I understand from a few colleagues I have spoken to that Navision doesnt handle process manufacruring, that it only handles descrete manufacturing. Can somebody confirm this? And if this is the case, does any body know of any add inns that we can use to handle process manufacruring.
