Journal Lines disappearing

We are running Navision 4 SP1 on SQL server 2000. Users are facing some strange problems with journal lines. While typing their recurring or item journals, all the lines disappear - independent of the number of lines that exist on the batch.

May be that there are more users working on one journal and they are deleting the lines of another user... :-) it is common when there is some new not trained employee.0

But im dead sure there was only 1 user working on the batch. i dont understand.0 -
Another common problem is a filter on the table that filters out the new records.
This is also something new users have a lot (and even experienced ones).
You just need to remove the filters on the table.Regards,Alain Krikilion

Trick: setting Journal Batch name to f.e. JENNY001 will start a new Batch every time Jenny posts her lines. This virtually guarantees users won't tamper with each others journals.0
