Using commerce gateway

i am trying to test commerce gateway that i had established
i have two companies in my navison i had created nas services for each one i had created the business parteners every company is a partener for the othe one
when i am trying to send a purchase order from one to another the system displays me this message it is written in french i ll try to translate
"the record biztalk paramete dosn't exist"

    i had resolved the first one by my self but the system dispalys me another
    "no connexion established with biztalk server"
    i ll describe my configuartaion
    i have installed biz server 2004 on sql server 2000 sp4
    i have installed commerce gateway request server 4.0 on the same machine and started the service on local system
    i have installed navison client database server and nas on the same machine as biz and commerce gateway i created a nas service for the compagny and i started it
    i have configured the business partner and when i am trying to send a purchase order to partner i receive the message written below.

    i cheked the system and i find that the status of biztalkisolatedhosts is unavailable
    does somebody know why?
    how can make it running?
    PS:the status of biztalk server appilcation is running

    how can i run the system chek
    in the installation guide of commerce gateway they mentioned that by cliking on setupCGRS.vbs i shall install com+ necessary for sustem chek
    i did that but i dont know how can check out my system
    pls help
    i am still student an d it is a training project
