WEB Services With Navision??

Hi All

I have to develop a solution for comunications with a 3th Party application.
I have to send information(xml or text) to the internet, to a company that will retrieve automatically the information and put it in Sql Database.

How can i do that???

I've already develop Navision to send and receive messages from Message Queue. But How can I send it to another message queue over the internet?
I read once that it was possible the message queue to send Http messages(that would be transformed in SOAP), by adding some properties to the message. Is it possible? Because if it was it will solve many peoples problems.
