Please help me understanding this Employee Portal in 4.0 SP1. i would be very thankful to you if you could provide me any manual or link or white paper any thing.

    There is documentation about EP on the installation CD in DOC folder (w1w1ep.pdf). May be some whitepapers on PartnerSource...
