Error while taking backup

Hi all,
We would like to upgrade our customer's system to 4.0 Sp1 from 3.70B.
But, in 4.0 Sp1 version, I have problem with taking backup. I restore the backup of the demo database into SQL database. After that I tried to take a backup by using Navision backup functionality. It says there is an error in the database structure. The error (1190 in module 19) may have been caused by the computer or a program....
Have you ever encountered this type of problem? Do you know how can we solve this problem? Please help me with this.
Thanks,
Muge
