Error when changing status on production order in 4.0 SP1

Hi,

On Released Production Order card, when we were completing the production order by clicking Function --> Change Status, set the new status to Finish, then click OK, we get "Reserved Qty. (Base) must be reduced" error.....we never got this problem in 3.7...only in 4.0 SP1, anyone had this problem before? Any idea why this is happening?

For days, we have been trying to figure thsi out to no avail....it's stopping out client from running production order, would really appreciate your advice here.
