What ftp program do you recommend?

I’ve installed 8 servers with cute ftp to periodically copy files to an ftp site. All 8 installations have major problems. Cure ftp crashes at least twice a day.

What ftp program do you use and is it stable enough?

I've recently started using FILEZILLA without problems.

I use Beyond Compare.
It is a (IMHO very good) Compare Tool where you can define as many profiles as you want / need and it also have an useful FTP client.

I use it to compare Navision Text files as well as managing and updating my private websites.

There are also some useful plug-ins availible, so you can compare more than only flat files. (e. g. images, hex files, mp3, csv, ...)
