Record in a Form

I have a question regarding the record in a form. For example we created new form of Advanced Shipment Order and we have each step until the final step is completed and the whole cased is closed. We don't want to keep the closed record in a form to reduce size of the records. How can we keep the inoformation in the table, but delete the record in the form? Thanks in advance!

    Forms are used to view, access &/or change table info.

    If you delete the form info - you delete the table info.

    MAYBE you do not want to SHOW these records ONCE the case is CLOSED??

    If you have some kind of Boolean for example that is checked off once the case is closed you can then use the SourceTableView property to show only the "Open" ones.

    Or you can do a trasfer of info like Sales Order to Posted Invoice but that does not reduce records.
