Changing Licence Name

Hi everybody
One Year ago, I've send a Name Changing Sheet to Ireland for changing the Company Name on the Licence. Unfortunately I've never received a new Licence, so the Name is still the old one.

Does anyone know, who now is responsible for that issue? I tried to find infos in the Partnersource, but I had no chance.

Thanks for Infos, I need now to upgrade this customer, in best case with the new licence infos.

    yes, I've an open Request with Microsoft. But sometime guys on MIBUSO are much faster and have the better solutions :wink: .

    For things like that the only solution we can probably give is contact MBS or your reseller ;)

    Microsoft cuts the licenses so ultimately that's where your request needs to go, probably through your solution center. I don't know if they will do it though. Right up until the end of last year, when we got the company wide license, my personal developer license still had the name that my company had 6 years ago, even though we went through about 4 name changes and one move to another town.

    After diffrent emails and alot of work for our customer (microsoft needs alot of diffrent papers to beliefe and to verify) finally I've the new licence with the new name.

    If any one needs some information, let me know.
