Error opening attached File

Hello everybody

Maybe there is someone who could help me solving this very strange problem.

When I try to open an attached file from the activities or the activities templates of the CRM module sometimes a error message appears:

"The length of the text string exceeds the size of the string buffer"

doing the same thing again will work fine....
The problem has only reported on one of four client installations..... ](*,)

Any good ideas are welcome
