Yes, it is quite possible to do this. Although Navision only works with a MAPI client, it is possible to install MAPI support in Lotus Notes. The information as how to do this can be found in the Notes documentation and help, but breifly.
There are two ways of installing MAPI support one is to manually edit the NOTESPIS file on the client so that it contains the correct entries. The other way is to re-install the lotus client while a MAPI email client (such as Outlook Express) is installed on the client machine. This will create the correct entries in the NOTESPIS for you. You then need to make notes you default mail client.
I have done this for customers before, but I would check the Notes dicumentation first as it may vary depending on the version of notes being used.0
